# Data Access Request – GDPR

### 📌 Your Rights Under the GDPR

- **Right of Access (Article 15, GDPR):** You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- **Right to Rectification (Article 16, GDPR):** You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- **Right to Erasure (Article 17, GDPR):** In certain circumstances, you can request the deletion of your data.
- **Right to Restriction of Processing (Article 18, GDPR):** You can request to limit how we use your data.
- **Right to Data Portability (Article 20, GDPR):** You can request your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

## How to Submit a Data Access Request
